Still KZ related in a way because it made me change working technique for a moment... With a skin expand/shrink factor, that's 14 mm or 0.55 inch that went in. All holds up together nicely after just 2 days of taping! I wish the bike was self healing but hell, that would take away all the enjoyment!
Anyway, I was cutting a nice big pork shoulder for oven roast. So here you have a bit of my private info - I'm not Jewish! haha
Just posting it for entertainment to break up the serious bike matters.
In other news: The exhaust flange is in the mail. All will go back together in about a week.

Could anyone tell me which way to feed the hose from the radiator to the overflow tank?

Have mine running from attachment point at Rad-cap along the top-left main-frame, crosses under at some point to the right side and then down that frame-leg to behind engine/tran. to reservoir.
