1982 KZ1300 rescue and rebuild

Kind of a simple question.
In a front wire bundle the came with my bike (just ends), now that I sourced the headlight bucket, the ears, signals... I fitted all the wire harnesses through the lower and upper holes in the bucked. Figured out making all work. Now, having all inside this tight bucket, do the turn signals connections go inside and out or you just leave them outside by the frame? My feeling is inside than feed back outside to the ears and signals. That whole thing is way too many wires for such a compact space!!!!

Damn.... I dropped a washer. I can pick it up. Thanks for input.

All connections/connectors are inside the bucket.
