I have the same concerns as Scotch and would toss it and buy a serviceable one.
For future reference, I think an oil filter bolt will fit the rotor and a four way rotor puller is probably about $10 to $20
Like this - - but I only paid a fraction of this cost (non-Honda) 077330020001: PULLER, ROTOR Honda - buy the 07733-0020001 at CMSNL
You just screw it in by hand and then tap it with a mallet

I have consulted a retired mechanic who has been repairing automotive electrical systems all his life. He told me that as long as the magnets maintain their polarity, the broken pieces can be joined together.
I believe that his explanation is coherent.

Just my 2 cents - I wouldn't trust the rotor at this point. Even if you managed to glue in the broken piece or even if you just left the piece out, the fact that a crack developed and a piece broke off is the beginning of yet a further catastrophe. A this point it would be hard to tell if there is further damage to the magnet that you can't see..
I'm sure that you have just about had enough bad luck with this bike and I give you a lot of credit for persevering. Many would have given up long ago. For some, it's all about the journey and not being defeated. KUDOS to you.

Well, after much meditation I have decided not to go for gluing the magnets with glue.
I have been looking for more than a week for a magnet rotor with the same reference and in good condition, discovering the greed that show the hoarders of Z1300 parts in Europe with their stratospheric prices for a simple piece of a junked bike.
In the end, thanks to Ebay, I found one in Australia at a fair price including air freight.
In a couple of weeks I should receive it.

Nice. Here's hoping this one is intact.
