This morning I went to buy the O-rings and the industrial hardware store made me a good offer for a whole box of O-rings of various sizes.I paid 25 euros.
I have already attached the cylinder block to the top half of the crankcase.
I took pictures of how the timing chain tensioner works pushing the tensioning wheel structure, it looks a bit on the edge. What do you think?

This is the CCT roller from my '79 project. A ZX10 CCT had been installed. The bike did sit for many years but the concern for the heavy spring in the ZX10 tensioner is clearly shown in the Chain Pattern on the roller; similar to yours. The asymmetry to the pattern on the roller would suggest that some slack somehow got the chain off-center, likely when it was parked for the last time.
Just pointing this out. You can arrive at your own conclusion.

I would be concerned that the chain is rubbing against the side of the tensioning arm.something is not aligned properly
if you manage to sort out why it tracked to one side before using that roller again, the tracking marks would need to be removed so that the roller doesn't cause a tracking problem.
