Wow, that cover looks spectacular! Is it just polished, or has it been chrome plated as well?

I notice in the same photo, what looks to be the plastic wallet for a set of those small Snap On Picks. Is it? I have a set, bought 25 years ago, and one of the best additions to my tool set ever. They are SO useful - and deceptively strong. I just love owning good quality tools. It makes doing a job so much more rewarding.

Thanks! Yes, very pleased with the cover. Polishing wouldn't do any good, unless I'd use a grinder first to remove the old very damaged chrome and all the pitted discolored aluminum underneath. It is chrome plated. For anyone in and around Vancouver, BC - I recommend Dependable Plating. No complains so far, and no other place is affordable.

Good eye Biltonjim! Yes, that's a set of Snap-on picks, purchased a long time ago. From a handful of things that I kept, those picks stayed with me, and still in perfect shape. Part number ASA204A. I just 'googled' it and my goodness, they were listed on eBay as 'SNAP-ON Vintage 4 piece Pick Set'!!! Damn, does it make me vintage as well? Never seen that coming! hahaha
