Returning to the thread. I was about to mount the crankshaft when I realized that the engine block looked terrible, the time I painted it I didn't bake it and the paint was thinning.


I used paint thinner to clean it and repainted with anticaloric paint. 
 
 

This time I used a heat gun to bake it.

Good to see you back on the project!
Well, believe it or not, I had another mishap. While cleaning and painting the engine, I forgot to close the door that connects the garage to the kitchen and the house filled with a strong smell of solvent.
 In the morning, during breakfast, my wife and children gave me a big scolding.
