Tacklehappy - it's late now so I will write more detail and post new photos tomorrow. Thank you for the pictures!
I will post what I have in regards to the headlight.
One of the main 'mysteries' I need to solve is how the harness goes around the battery compartment. The main harness splits into two smaller harnesses.
Do they go above the air boxes and filter, or below? One, a thinner one, I am sure goes around it. But the thicker one, the one connected to the fuse box and then branches off to the tail light and the rear turn signals - does it go underneath the battery tray?

The main harness runs under the main frame member , then follows the right side frame tube thru the small cut out in the airbox as shown in the photo. To the left of the wire harness is the frame down tube - right side of bike.
It then goes under the battery box to about 5 different plug connectors. A small harness splits off out towards the tail light. The main harness goes upto the fuse block
In the background is the battery box, in the foreground , the vertical vanes , is the rectifier.

Thank you Tacklehappy! I've also seen some great write up by Lauri on facebook and I think I am on the right track.
I will post more photos as I go along. I have to sort out the headlight bucket. There are small things that pop up and hold me back, I think from now on there will be nothing major in my project. Fingers crossed..

Stan. I previously took a few pics when I was testing my igniter - not sure if it helps but it shows the routing of the main harness around the RH side of the airbox.
Cheers Tim

Tonto, this greatly complements what I have seen. Thank you man!
I am sorting out a few other small things in the meantime. Hooking up the clutch cable I just discovered that by accident I threw out the adjusting screw that attaches to the handlebar! These are metric and I bet there are dozens of Japanese bikes that would fit. I might even have a Goldwing one. What the heck, ordered it from Kawasaki and it will arrive in a couple days.
Also, the three air ducts for the carburetor air box side connection are paid for to Helmut and should be on the way from Germany soon.
The Avon AM26 Rodarider tires are coming in on Friday. I will have them mounted on the wheels possibly Saturday.
Digging into the front forks tomorrow. Oil and seals change.
Question:
I haven't researched it yet, but maybe there is an already established method. How do I correctly pressurize the forks at home?
Same for the rear shocks.

My 25 % charged LG G5 phone turned to garbage after 1.5 years. Guess what - no warranty!!! It doesn't charge unless turned off, it shuts down when having 25% battery life available and taking a photo. It's something to do with the phone randomly not recognizing if that removable battery unit is there or not, and how does it interpret and process being plugged to a charger. Utterly nuts. Canada has probably the worst cellular phone plans and support. I was using color flip phones in Japan in the 90's for about 35 bucks unlimited use nationwide. Came to Vancouver in the 2000 and got a black and white brick for a 100 or more. I can't remember exactly. This trend continues and I am just pissed off.
Anyway, can't take photos because of this issue. Few months more to go on the stupid plan still paying off the phone and no support despite paying extra for damage exchange no questions asked, which turned out to be a lie!!!
Back to the bike. The proper 22 ft.-lbs set by the service manual broke the bolt. Now facing extraction. Luckily an easy location on the frame. Icing on the cake for mood improvement - NOT!
