Stan - these folks stock the decals for the small / peanut KZ13 tank - but not cheap.: I guess its the Laws of Supply & Demand.

Diablo cycle are good people to deal with. I bought a lot of parts off of them for my triples. They are located at the south end of the city London Ontario. I used to go to the shop and pick up from Diablo since they were 40 minutes from my old house in Grand Bend.

139 US dollars... for a graphic that can be mass produced, multiplied forever. Hmm.. That's price gauging! Thanks for the link but I'd rather have no decals at all.
I used to live in Toronto for 6 years by the way. So much more happening comparing to Vancouver, but there are two good things about here: cheap sushi and much less snow so I can ride more!

Find a good tape company and have them cut the gold and red tape to suitable width and suitable lengths.
Mine was done from a solid sheet, ending up with nice stripes on the backing sheet.
Will not cost much.
Then take measures of the tape positions in the parts. Once your painter has done the black bits, wet sand the surface, clean and dry. Taping the parts is not difficult if the tape is good quality, it can always be lifted up for correcting position. Do not try everything in one go, use sharp hobby knife to trim and blend tape.
Once you are happy, clear coat everything in place.
When I taped my first set, the feeling was great seeing it ready.

I'm with Lare on this one. I too went to a local graphics shop and had a full set of decals cut for the tank, side covers tailpiece and a full set of strips. All in $42.00. And these were custom labels for the side covers. The "KZ" in a bright gold with a "XIII" in candy red . The tank badge is identical to the CBX badge which says DOHC 24valve only I had it changed to say "DOHC 12 Valve." They also gave me enough stripping to do the tank tailpiece twice incase I pooch it up.

I will explore this latest suggested route. Even with a solid sheet I could cut nice trips myself. I used to frame my own artwork and still have the tools for cutting picture mats. Thanks for setting a direction!
Just a question. Are those strips are self adhesive, similar to electrical tape? I've seen a guy having a bunch of rolls of very thin rolls of different colors and told me that I can take them all if I want. Now regretting I hadn't! And he had gold, red, silver, many colors. But they were 30 years old, so maybe better to look for new ones.
