I also did a search for you and came across a post by McBoney   another basket case with a potentially different end goal
Icopied Paul's picture and added some text. Paul stated in his post that the timing marks are really hard to see.

Kawboy's photo is the same one I used, thanks for the response.

I finally found the mark on the crankshaft.



Another added problem.

I disassembled the chain that drives the water pump, I think it is the same mechanism that rotates the ignition rotor.

Is there any mark that I should take into account to align the ignition timing?

Is there any mark that I should take into account to align the ignition timing?

The answer is no. When you go to install the Timing advancer housing, the manual will tell you how to align the timing advancer before installing the housing, so there is no specific timing of the chain.
Timing advancer housing installation is covered on page 57 in the Service Manual

This afternoon I received the 3.5 ohm SQUARE coils to eliminate resistance.

My question is this.

The positive pole connected to the yellow wire that powered the resistor or to the blue/green/black wire?

The same question with the negative pole.

Yellow wire to the positive terminal. 
Black, green, blue to the negative terminal
