Two news:
One good and one bad, very bad, horrible...

The good news is that I now have spark in all the spark plugs, the bike is almost assembled and ready to check the carburetion.

The disastrous news is that while I was looking for a small funnel that I use to fill the carburetors to later start the motorcycle, I found this part in a box that should be empty.

It is a guide to the distribution chain. I'm not sure if just removing the cylinder head will be enough to install it or if I have to remove the engine again to open the crankcase.

Damn my luck with this Fuck***g bike.

Sorry to hear you had a set back. You were doing so good getting this done.
The Cam Chain Rear Guide installs in the rear side of the cylinder head.  (See page 72 in the manual) Note that there is an "up" side to it
It's been a while since I worked on the cylinder head, but I seem to remember that the guide had to be sprung into place?? Maybe another member could verify this please?
You might be able to sneak it into place without removing the head or worse case, you might have to undo the cylinder head bolts and lift the cylinder head 15mm to be able to install but if you do that, there might be trouble with the head gasket sealing depending on what sealer you used to install the head gasket with

My main purpose this weekend was to start the engine, I have done it, this is the result.

Now I know that the bike runs without strange noises or vibrations.
I'll relax a little before removing the cylinder head to install the chain guide.

Well, last night I couldn't sleep and I went down to the garage.

I disassembled the coils, removed the carburetors, the rocker cover and only the intake valve shaft.

I loosened the cylinder head bolts and carefully lifted it, the gasket came off well, I put the damn guide in place and lowered the cylinder head again.

I repeated the entire process in reverse and almost dawn, I already have the motorcycle where I wanted.

Next step, mount exhausts and hide the electrical connections under the chassis.
