KZ1300s for sale

Yeah, I meant statistically East coast North America. Most bikes I look at and would consider as a good deal are located towards the East.
Sure, they can be found anywhere, and definitely they also pop up in California. But most deals and well preserved bikes at good prices are in the East - that's my observation.

Now that it made me think a bit more, it might be because in the East the riding season is much shorter - bikes end up stored indoors when the snow comes. That saves them when forgotten or just left to rest for a few years. The West coast - like you said. Long riding season, and if not ridden end up left outside in good weather but that weather eventually catches up with them. And there is one KZ1300 hoarder in California, haha I think he has most of the bikes in the state, and basically doesn't sell them. West coast is also expensive, so many bikes for sale are expensive in comparison as well.

In Canada, most of these bikes are East as well. I talked to a guy in Quebec. He told me times are different now - motorcycles are loosing popularity. The older people don't ride anymore because of age or gone, and younger generation just doesn't have interest in motorcycles. They like cars. Especially the classic bikes are being forgotten, and if anyone has some desire to buy a bike, it's usually a Harley Davidson or some fancy modern bike.
