How about testing the DFI controller unit? Disconnect the injectors from the block and turn the ignition on. Does it comes gas from all the injectors? What happens when you turn the ignition off? All injectors are closed? No gas?
I just received my injectors back from the machine shop. All injectors are good. No leaking and clean, but still I got gasoline in the oil.
So in my case the DFI unit must open one or two injector when it’s not supposed to
They recommended to check it out.

We tested the fuel injectors, they hold the pressure, do not leak and fuel spray is even among all six units.
Fuel regulator could be weak? Or that vacuum thing that controls it?
We did a compression test six months ago and there were two cylinders with slightly lower compression than others. I don't remember accurate numbers but they weren't that bad.
If the dfi box is gone, it is hard to find a replacement.
Edit. Old man tried to remember the compression test results, one was 10 and others around 6 kilos?

6 is really low (85 psi) 10 would be really good ( 142 psi).
How did you text and actually" see" the injector spray pattern. I would think it would be impossible to do on the bike at starter speed rotation. The spray would be 1 or 2 milliseconds.

We took whole injector unit out, then used spare fuel pump to create rail pressure (some plumbing done there). Then we placed piece of cardboard under the injectors and went through injectors with 12volt supply. It needs only very very very short trigger voltage for injector to open. We had a car battery and some electric wire with stripped ends to touch injector terminals.
Spray pattern was clearly visible in the cardboard.

Have you tried the injector signal test as per page 3-8?
You have fuel pressure to the injectors but you seem to have a flooding like condition so either the injectors are being held open too long or continuously. The signal test should indicate the pulsing to the injectors.

Still wondering how ignition advancer works in this dfi system.
