DFI throttle position sensor is next thing to test and maybe even bypass somehow. There has been some problems with them.

Got it started and running today!
It starts and runs, only with full throttle though. After all, throttle position sensor looks to be the main culprit.

Well that's got to feel good !! You're on to something. Such a simple little thing. it's just a rheostat . Although it's a calibrated rheostat.

I'm guessing you found ... an open circuit on the throttle position sensor????

We will measure and compare those two if the new used part works. Also we want to open the old part to see what's inside.. I think there should be variable resistance between two terminals or something.
