The tubes are still blocked.   ????? The oval shapes SHOULD BE the ends of the tubes and they should be clear, not blocked with lime like deposits.

this is what a radiator core should look like before installing the upper and lower rad tanks.

this is a better picture of what the tube core ends should look like

According to what the shop manager told me and for the money he charged me, they have unclogged it from the inside with a cleaning solution.
I'll see if I have temperature problems when I get the engine started.
For now I have to wait...

After a few days of inactivity, this weekend I dedicated a few hours to the bike.

I have filled the engine crankcase with oil, I have put in exactly 5 liters, I want to see if the engine accepts them without there being problems with capacity.

I began to join cables from the electrical system until I reached the automatic stop of the indicators under the battery holder that I have never seen work when I started the bike.

Can this part be repaired or should it be replaced with a new one?

Mine has a spider nest under the plastic cover.

Have you proven it to be bad?
I doubt repair is possible, I tend to recall it's a sealed unit.
Sure, you might be able to cut it open, but what's your time worth when they are plentiful and cheap on eBay ?

I continue with my task.

I replaced the parts in the carburetor repair kit, I changed everything except the needles, they were in good condition.
Some parts were very bad like this jet.

These two pieces had already been disassembled more than once, the strange thing is that they closed well and did not flood the carburetors.

One of the air regulation screws had a slightly bent tip, it has already been replaced.
Regarding the air regulation screws, I found them adjusted between two and a half and two and three-quarter turns from their tightening and I left them that way once they were changed.
It is a correct measure.
