Hi All.
New to the forum. I've inherited a 1980 Z1300 from my uncle who passed away (along with a 1956 BMW R25/3).
Plan to get the big zed back on the road on club rego.
Going to remove the touring fairings as they're not my cup of tea.
Will post up some pics once I collect her in a couple of weeks.
Cheers.

Welcome to KZ1300.COM TuckaBag!
Have you reviewed the FAQ section? Do you have a service manual? Both are available through links on the home page.
Looking forward to your pics.

That's Spring in Melbourne you can cycle through all the seasons twice in a day. I do like the Autumn in Victoria it's a great place then. I spent the winter of 1991 in Bendigo and never again the morning fog lifted just in time for the evening fog to settle.

Welcome Tuckerbag, good to have another 1300 around. I am kicking myself right now as I did not know there was a link to the service manual on the home page. The electronic manual I have was purchased by me several years ago and it wasn't searchable and the photos were almost unrecognizable. Well I am happy that I have it now but I could have done without all the frustration that inferior manual presented me with.
