Thanks guys. I had big problems with mechanical flasher on the Goldwing. I had to ride up to 15 minutes before it would start working. Sometimes it took even half an hour, sometimes it would work right away then quit then come back. I bought and electronic flasher and it solved all problems. The one for Goldwing was Tridon EP28, but that's due to the three posts it has. I haven't gotten yet to the electrical system so at the moment I am not sure how the KZ flasher looks like. I will do more research and this sounds like a good upgrade, if the KZ has a similar flasher to my Goldwing from the same era.

There is something that took me by surprise and I have not been aware of such thing until now. Putting the wheels back together, I noticed the holes in the rotors not being symmetrically drilled. Is there a reason for this? I can't imagine balancing the wheel, as that is done with weights. But maybe I'm wrong. It's a mystery to me at this point.
Perhaps it helps better dispersing of heat and preventing warping? There has to be a really scientific down to earth reason behind this.

I am glad I had early photos so I could put them back together the same way as they came.

Back in the day, I was told the asymmetrical pattern was to reduce audible brake whine.

The wheels and discs look good.

Those resistor plug caps, being black, will give you a more original look than the red ones.

That's what I thought as well. The order was placed :)

The paint on the wheels and rotors is solid, so I installed the bearings and seals.
I've been soaking the rotor bolts in vinegar and they look clean. I wish I had a set up for anodizing.. I will later. In the meantime, I bought a bunch of rotor bolts from eBay very cheaply and will choose the best for a set. For now my solution will be to spray them with zinc rich paint for rust protection. The paint stick really well so I can't foresee any problems.
