Netherlands Z1300 DFI owner newbie or oldie ?
10 years 10 months ago
Hi Guy's
Great to see the new start of kz1300.com and this forum for all owners worldwide :lol:
I think everybody on the Mainland in Europe knows me because I am the pres of the Z1300 club in Holland for 24 years now..... Time flies.
Been riding my '87 DFI for 26 years and has done 150.000km.
Have been to many rallies of Z1300 owners in Sweden, France and Germany. Yearly we also organise a meeting for a weekend together. Our club used to have 200 members (all 1300 owners) but has been reduced to 100 now as the years go bye..
Many of my best friends ride 1300 too and it's a BIG part of my life.
I hope to meet other guy's around the world with the same passion.
Early 90's I got in touch (writing letters....)with an Australian owner from Melbourne and I visited him in 2000. This year I plan to go back and he is 75 now and a great friend. We e-mail weekly
Well Guy's that's all for now. :woohoo: Hope to be on this forum for years to come !

Oh yeah; we have the biggest Z1300 community on Facebook. Check it out;

Welcome to KZ1300.COM Sixy!
When I took up this domain I had no idea how many 1300 aficionados there were world wide.
Are other members of the Z1300 club aware of the changes here?
Looking forward to learning more about yourself and your club.
