I'll keep an eye on ebay and see if one turns up. Failing that I noticed the German website sells them - not cheap though !!

cheers

Someone in South Africa came up with a CNC "distance piece" that fitted between the bottom of the motor & the top of the shallow sump to give it the extra 2 litres of space for the extra oil.

It was a very well made & well thought out modification but I never got to the point of pricing as it was a few years ago.

Can any of our SA Owners throw any light on this ??

Tertius Buys sells a spacer to extend the small sump/oil pan. About the same money as the pan itself..... if you can find one.

Apparently the voyager pan will bolt up to the A model engine , but obstructs the stock exhaust because of it's different shape.

Do you think a voyager pan will fit if a voyager exhaust was fitted? I've been considering swapping out my exhaust for one to see if it will fit anyway but had concerns about the clearance in the pan. Thanks!
