Probably a stupid question: Is the deep sump required or recommended for the Dfi models?

Surely the DFI models were fitted with a deep sump when built?

It'll be stamped on the filler neck of the clutch cover.
Edit. On the ZN1300's, the filler neck is on the left side of the engine - not the clutch cover - is that that same with later DFI 1300 models?.

All the DFI models had the deep sump (6.2 litres).
Only dead fish go with the flow
