after tuesday even the calendar goes WTF

Thanks mate, not sure about the e-bay link, didn't show anything, I may of put the wrong subject down for this question, what I want is a "special tool", perhaps I should of put down a "valve lifter holder", I use to use it to change the shims, great tool, I copied a mates one, case hardened it and blued it, it was a work of art, easier to use than the press steel one you buy today, it just sat nicely on the side of the bucket and held there without the danger of the bl**dy thing rolling, slipping or popping out, i'll see if I can attach some diagrams from the manual, heck if someone has one and can do some measurements i'll try and make another one for myself, cheers Pete.

57001-1035 is the part number Found it on page 277 in the service manual. There are some on ebay.
