Voyager parts bike for my 1980 KZ1300

Hey guys. I may have a shot at a Voyager I can pick up on the cheap; 200.00 dollars American. I know a lot of stuff doesn't interchange, but do you think it would be worth picking up? If most of it won't help, then I will pass it by. Any big parts that you know will/won't exchange?

Still cleaning the carbs, still loving this website.

I wouldn't hesitate for $200.00. There are a lot of parts that do fit both. On the other side the frames are very different. Also the Voyager uses a smaller clutch, same diameter just two fewer plates.

Hell, the DFI system out of the Voyager is worth more than that on its own.

I bought a ZN1300 just as a parts bike for my KZ, too.
Cut to approximate, smash to fit!

If you got the space.... go for it! Lots of compatible stuff and you can sell what you don't need for a nice profit.
