Starter Clutch Springs

Hello Fellas,

I think my starter clutch springs are bad. After reading the FAQ my symptoms seem to indicate this.

My starter doesn't engage all of the time. Roughly 1/3 of the time it will spin freely making the nasty rocks in a can sound. Before I open it up I figure I might as well source the springs and replace them.

Does anyone have a source for a decent spring to replace them?

Thanks Craig, I see it now.

Ebay is so weird sometimes. If I do a search string " Kz1300 starter clutch repair kit " I get nothing. If I input the number you posted it comes right up, even though the text string is the same.

Yeah, it is weird. Best to try all combinations of the description. Don't forget the Kawasaki Z1300 as well. Almost all parts are common to both model variations.
