scotch,

I ordered an oem head gasket and it arrived in good shape. If you want, I'll ship it to you so you and project kz can progress. Only ask that once you get a good one, ship it to me? I'm not in a hurry like you are. Let me know, Don.

Further to my disgust with  "Italianmetal"'s  head-gasket.
"Captain Hook" could have punched holes more accurately.  I did my best to take these pictures with as little :parallex" as possible.......you know......to be fair!
Made in Germany?

Thank you for your input Don.  Your independent appraisal of this confirms :  My cyl's and  head  are  defective.  Must have been an apprentice machinist - working late on a Friday.
Apparently he now lives in Germany !

An impressive array of instruments. That ‘Italian Metals’ gasket wasn’t entirely useless after all.
I guess you’ve run out of metal to polish on the bike since you’ve had time to make the instrument panel?
