The eBay listing doesn't appear to list the impedance of the primary coil.
They do look like a bolt on replacement. If they are close to 1.5 ohm then you have to leave the ballast resistors installed. If they are around 3 ohm then you have to ditch the ballast resistor.
I use Dyna green 3 ohm coils on mine (no ballast resistor) and get fantastic spark. Other people swear by Accel coils (see FAQ) and others recommend a similar Honda coil with removable HT leads.

Yes I've used them (or one) and they are a direct replacement for the originals - so you keep the ballast resistor. You'll need to fabricate connecting wires though as the originals are soldered to the coils.

These coils are direct replacements for our bike. I bought threee and didn't need anything else except some crimp connectors for the 2 small wires which I cut off the original coils.
