Leaky at rear O-RingHad tough time breaking it free. Initially used water pump pliers with jaws wrapped in electrical tape,
then tried 'tapping' it free using a small ball peen hammer. Did not want to damage the powder coating.
No luck, so on to Plan B.
AKA screw the powder coating!
Used a small butane torch to heat the powder coating that had sealed the junction.
A little wiggle and waggle and she broke free, a very good thing as other wise the exhaust
would have to be removed and it's a royal PITA to stuff all those headers into the collector.
And if I did that, would drop the headers and send them off to Jet-Hot for ceramic powder coating.
And if I did that, would install a new water pump mechanical seal.
So pretty happy to avoid all that work, for now!
Turns out there are two O-Rings. The leaky one is up front, 25mm.
The parts fische indicates qty 4 22mm O-Rings are used on the oil pan assembly.
Ordered OEM O-Rings, and the 22 mm units are NOT even close.

Same issue with the other two locations where the 22 mm O-Ring is used.

OEM part. Fail.
Top one is new, too small.
Another view.
While I was there, replaced front brake master cylinder rubber-thingie!

I did replace the 25mm O-Ring, fortunately, it was the leaky one. It looks like my fix worked.
