Yes on wooden board is much easier to put everything together. Ill be making still alot of changes so its practical like this. I got brushless motor from modell plane with controller to turn thoes pseudo trigger wheels and see how angle changes in tuner studio are affecting the ignition timing and also im able to stimulate lambda value and temperature of coolant and iat, as well as engine speed ant tps position all calibrated in the software.

Speeduino is interesting but the after build support is not good at all.
Megasquirt has a high end build your own kit Megasquirt V3 that will run 8 injector sequential with 8 ignition outputs Full jam with a Daughtetrboard to take full advantage of the full package will run you about $680 USD. The only downside is the board is 7" x 4" and with the daughterboard installed I think the housing is 2" tall. So somewhat large to fit in a motorcycle.

Kawboy, on the beginning I thought of mega 2 than 3. Not bad options at all, I really like tuner studio software and all. There is also maxxecu as alternative all in the same price sector also emu black it was on the top of the list for its size of course, and than came emu 8 with all I need inside including lambda controller 2x and can. But like in real life everything has a down side, emu needs some dongle or something to be able to connect to pc which is crap but there you go.

Hi, so there is a lot of space in the distributor for 24 or even 36 teeth wheel and sensor. The question is, reluctor or maybe better hall sensor?
I see in the engines I disassembled mostly reluctor sensors for reading crank speed. The input signal to ecu can be internally selected in the ecu to either, and have pull down resistor engaged. I'm planing on batch injection due to possible limitation of the injector duty cycle, but I have to verify this one yet (don't know how much current is necesery for hold, in peak and hold sequence). So reluctor or hall sensor, any pro – contra to either of them?
Kawboy what 17 LB injectors are they? Im still opting for original injectors, but to compare and calculate the flow rate ill still need THAT right size injector in the measuring rig (im gona go for 3 bar preasure).

Variable reluctance signal (which is what the stock ignition pulse coils are) produces a sine wave signal. All of the ECU's need a digital signal in order to determine when the "signal" is on or off, so many of the ecu's have a signal conditioner to change the sine wave signal to a square wave signal before using the information to calculate the output of the ecu. It's not a problem. Just another process.
One of the pitfalls of the variable reluctance signal is that it will vary in output voltage depending upon the speed that the magnet is spinning past the coil. The computer will measure the output voltage and as the volts hit 5-8 volts, the conditioner will start to create the digital signal and then when the voltages drops to the 5-8 volts, the conditioner will cut off the digital signal. The signal is not as clean as the hall effect produced signal. In your case where you are only using the signal to tell the ecu what rpm the engine is running, I see no advantage in either the VR or Hall effect signal generator.

MAX9926 chip is being widely used for signal conditioning, I bought one in UK now waiting for delivery. Tuning software allow me to set pull up/down resistor.
