Thanks guys.. but hit a patch o' trouble today on the second ride. See the latest post. I hope I don't bore you with these ride reports. But I have to say, what a wonderful bike! For 37 years old she runs down the road like a true bitch! The handling is better than expected. Same for brakes.. although I'm now spoiled by linked ABS on the FJR. Still, what a great feeling to run the roads I did back in 1980 with same bike and have the same wonderment and just giggle under the helmet at how fun this bike is to ride.
Sure, teething problems... but phuck, what a ride!

That is a great job. Keep me posted as to when you crank her open in that beautiful countryside. Tondo gave some info on locating shops that I could get parts and supplies from, if you could give your list it would be appreciated me and my boy lex, have hit bumps in the road locating things. Rob from z-1 left he would generally help us, but most listed sites not proving to be helpful. Thanks in advance to any help.
