Всем доброго времени суток.Мне удалось победить перегрев zn 1300 только установкой другого радиатора от zn 1300.
Good day to all. I managed to defeat the overheating of zn 1300 only by installing another radiator from zn 1300.

Still relevant:
It's amusing to see what lengths will be taken to "improve" the efficiency of the 1300's cooling system !
Reading the previous suggestions and other forum queries; no one has commented on the most obvious.
Remove the rad.-grill and look at the fins ! If the bike has ever been to a "car-wash" I can assure everyone that if the radiator was "cleaned" with the HIGH pressure wand,........ collapsed fins are the reason for over-heating. (relative to an undamaged radiator.) I saw one example where over 50% of the fins were folded flat, as a result ! Search "Images" for KZ 1300 Radiator and see what years of careless handing can do, just in itself. Not to mention being coated with road grime, which will reduce efficiency ! There's 2 sides to that problem ( Pun intended)
