I had this issue as well when I went to upgrade my coils. I wasn't about to waste money on another set of coils if all I was missing was those caps.
I wound up making my own using the rubber boots from the old HT leads, silicone to seal it all up, and zipties. Looks didn't matter since they're in a spot noone will see anyway. Functions great so far too.

They gave me the choice of express shipping for around $44 or regular shipping for $10.
I took the $10 option being the cheap skate that I am.
I don't mind waiting for them to turn up.
