I am looking for a better than factory finish.
The parts are in very good condition and will require minimal prep work.
Colour ebony black, with red and gold painted stripes
1985 ZG1300 dfi
1977 Z1000 a1 recent purchase, previously owned by myself 1979 ~2000

See photos below of my own 1979 Z1300 as painted in May this year by my son in his own fully prepared body shop in the North East.
I have sent you a PM with his contact details if you are interested.
You will need to source the Red and Gold Stripe Kit yourself as I did.

I've used a few painters over the past decade on my project bikes.
Dream Machine (Long Eaton) did 3 paint sets for me: not cheap but excellent work every time: that said Ive heard some mixed reports, but I would use again.
Paint Supremacy (Sleaford Lincs): absolute genius painter, never uses decals: downside is his work is expensive and usually very long lead times. paintsupremacy.com/portfolio_paintsupremacy.html
Sean Dewis (Ilkeston - ex Dream Machine painter who went solo years ago): I know he does a lot of Kawaski work from feedback on other forums. Sean recently painted my Z900 and Z1000. and will soon be doing my H1 triple. He charges a lot less than Dream Machine but ive been well impressed with his work. See attached.
I can PM you Seans details if of interest.
Cheers Tim

Pete,
I don't appear to have a PM option. Is it because I am a junior??
