Hi All
last forum i was on i think everyone went to sleep,
days between posts and what seamed a total lack of interest.
looks like you have more going on and some good reading.
just done a total rebuild on my engine after buying my A5 in boxes
new primary chain and big ends,( No 5 had spun the shell )
got it running at last just sorting the mixtures
on the carbs which is how i ended up here, found a few good tips so its
back down the shed for a bit more tinkering.

The UK Owners Site is as good as dead mate, seen more life in a Tramps Vest !
Just look at the time between posts & replies (if you are lucky enough to get one at all that is !!!!!).

I was once related to that site many years ago but the bloke who runs it just could not accept it when I mentioned a 145 BHP YAMAHA VMAX 1200 I also owned was far quicker 0 to 100 MPH than a Z1300 (which it obviously is & everyone knows that) so he cut me off the site.

I still get many regular direct emails & phone calls from UK owners asking for help which I always give willingly so it made no difference me not being on that site anymore, as I am still in direct contact with most owners anyway.

The great thing is Bill has launched this site now & more & more owners find it each week, ...........which is probably why the UK site is so quiet !

Hmmm Vmax now its funny you should mention that because i also have a full power 1200
and it goes like weazel shit, getting around the round about at the end of the road
can be interesting.
i have a few pics from when i got it and during the build, ill start a story line soon.
