There doesn't seem much fuel line to fit an inline fuel filter.do you guys use a longer fuel line and re route it? Putting one in as petcock filter disintegrated.

I have mine on a 3" piece of fuel-line directly off the fuel-valve. From there you'll have to determine the best route to the fuel "T". I'm using a double fuel feed so my routing will be different from yours. I also use the spring-clamps supplied with the filter. Used to hate them but they are perfect (in my opinion) for this application. Screw clamps will work but I find that the small diameter required doesn't pull in the clamp evenly and will potentially/eventually, chew-up the line.
