Hi Rob,
Good to know the bike runs well with the cruzinimage big bore kit.
Did you use any sealant with the head gasket?
And do you have the measurements needed for the re-bore?

You would need an engineering shop to measure the pistons prior to rebore. If i recall you are left with about 2mm thickness on the barrel sleeve. The engineering shop i used made up a sleeve used around the the bottom of the piston sleeve to avoid any complications whilst boring and to stop any metal flex during the boring process.
Not sure but i think the pistons are 67mm diameter

Do not use any type of sealant with head gasket.

I'm suprised you say dont use any sealant
on the head gasket, everyone has always said on none genuine head gaskets to use sealant. But your talking from experience so that's interesting,
By the way, I've just seen the pics of your bike, Love it, very tasteful changes you've made.
