They crop up on Ebay from time to time, always for quite a bit of coin. Don't have one to sell myself, unfortunately, but thankfully options are available.

It's a bit pricey, but unless you get lucky, most OEM trays are going to be about that much.

Not the best news, I know, but I hope it helps a little.
