Hi, Can the head gaskit be reused? It still looks pretty good. Also when cleaning the pistons and after takeing out the rings and started to put them back in acording to the manual the top ring has a r and the second ring should have rh on them but the second ring does not have rh on them. When I took the rings out the r ring was on the bottom and the other un mark rings where the top rings so according to the manual they where put in the wrong order. According to the manual they must be put in the right order and face up. Since the rings that are not mark, how do you which way is face up? Could the manual be wrong? This came from the factory because I am the origanal owner and have never had the jugs of before.
Thanks,
John

John,

The cylinder head gasket has crimp washers around each cylinder & on the 4 oil feed studs.
These are crushed when gasket is fitted & torqued to ensure they are 100% gas & oil tight.
It also means they are not reusable so you need a new one.
