Hi all,

I have finally managed to get the steering pin out of the donor bottom yokes from the Benelli. It was a bit of a mare as upon final push we discovered there was a snap ring involved! (not mentioned anywhere in the schematics available on the net and not visible until the last mm).

Anyway, safely removed now so the bottom yoke is ready for the KZ steering pin (which, to my surprise, is exactly the same diameter as the Benelli one!).

But before I start taking the KZ setting pin out of the bottom yoke, can anyone tell me if there is a snap ring involved in the steering pin/bottom yoke assembly or is it simply a 'press fit'? I can't see anything in the manual...

Cheers
Paul
