Anyone else find it odd that the replacement Progressive brand fork spring ('highly tuned for specific models') for a 900 + pound ZN1300 is the same as the replacement spring for the 500 + pound Honda CB900F? I have a set in my 900F and they work awesome (with a little pre-load added). I'm thinking those springs would be a bit sloppy on the ZN.

Having just looked at the Progressive website, it seems that the part number IS different for the two bikes springs - unless I've looked at the wrong page. But yes, it would seem unlikely that the KZ1300 would have springs of the same rate as a much lighter CB900.

Sorry Bucko, I am wrong. I was looking at KZ rather than ZN fitment. It does seem bizarre that the CB900 and ZN1300 springs are the same, according to the Progressive part numbers. I would be inclined to query it with Progressive
