Need a pair of orig handlebar grips for a 1980 A3 model to help me finish of the restoration. NOS would be nice, but rare as hens teeth to get hold of. So a good condition 2nd hand pair would do. Any one able to help?

Got these off of E-Bay, aftermarket ones, also when fitting the non throttle one use hairspray, works great, sticks them on once dry and slippery enough to get it on first, cheers

Not familiar with the grips on an A3, but these are the ones on my '85 ZN1300 Voyager. They are the originals and in excellent condition. I just prefer the foam grips, so these were slated to be SLICED off as soon as the weather gets warmer to work on the bike. Are these anything like what you are looking for? If so, I can GENTLY remove them and send them to you for just shipping charges.

If they are not what you are looking for, then I guess I should hang onto them after removing them in case somebody else needs to restore a Voyager. Never thought of that before.

Hi.
Thanks for the offer. But not the type to fit the A3. As you state if orig for the bike take it steady when removing and store.
Last pair of orig NOS for the A3 sold on Ebay for £125
Looks as though will need to go for the option of a pattern part :( for the time being just to get rid of the big chunky harley type grips as you need hands as large as a gorilla's to hold on.
