Hey, guys. Just discovered how hard it is to find a taillight for a 1980 KZ1300 stocker. I was wondering if anyone out there has found an assembly that is near fitting and made it so. I am not a restorer, more of a functionalist. I have seen pictures of some of the stuff members of this site can do, so I know the creativity is out there.
Of course, if someone has this part and you aren't in need of my arm and/or leg, let me know.

Question. Why do I spend so much time and money working on old motorcycles?

Tail light lenses and assemblies for A2's and B2's pop up on eBay frequently. Sometimes the lenses are NOS.

I saw one about 2 weeks ago on US evilBay; was listed as an NOS 1979 A1 rear lens - think it was up at $175: which scared me off

I won't be using the taillight from my '79. I'd be happy to sell it to you at a good price if you can use it.
