Hi Guys
looking for a set of handlebars for my z1300A1, i am in the UK so would be better if in that area i realise trying to get original bars is probably unrealistic but would be grateful if any members have changed the bars could give me a heads up to what they used as i dont want to have a guess and any of the cables are then the wrong length
many thanks
Paul

Paul, I took the original bars off my A1 a couple of years ago, as I found them uncomfortable: I had a spare NOS set of Suzuki GT750 Kettle bars which fitted straight on my bike without any drama's.

Here they are fitted:

They've the same height / pitch as the Kwak items, but about an inch widers as they do not turn in on your wrists as much as the original bars. Its a personal choice, but I much prefer them: that said it might just be familiarity as Ive been riding Kettles for years  .

Cheers Tim

Paul, ive just restored a Kettle and parts were fairly easy to get (unlike the Z13) - I think the Bars were costing in at approx £65 for NOS and £45 for identical replica ones.

Re number plate - yes that's pretty close
