It's definitely this one..
www.mecum.com/lots/LV0118-315089/1979-kawasaki-kz1300/

Rifle fairing is in Atascadero, very near me. Gary Gatel is the owner, used to work at Rifle.
Gary stated it's not a Vetter, as vetter used ABS not fiberglass.

I remember the big 3 at the time were Califia, Vetter, Pacifico.

I think we all agree that the luggage at least is all Vetter. I had a a model like this with the Califia fairing, Vetter bags.
But the fairing had the rectangular oem headlight. The photo appears to show a round headlight.
As these bikes were dealer installed accessories, they are very easy to restore back to naked- which is what most people want. All the fibreglass bits are add-on's , so easily taken back off -they just need the  fork ears, as the headlight bucket is already there.

That is 100% my fairing. The bags were later, IIRC, Krauser 'Star'.

Mr. Vetter lives not to far from me... Wonder if he would be willing to answer the 1,000$ question?
