Wanted, headlight bracket guides was created by A1

Hi, does anyone know where I can get a new or used set of headlight bracket guide rings - the circular shiny rings that fit above and below the headlight bracket?
The part numbers are :13169-1163 guide, fork cover lower & 13169-1164 guide, fork cover upper.
This is what I currently have...
