Aluminum siding in the peak done. Non-vented soffit in the peak done. Ceiling fan hung but assembly still to finish. Just wanted to get the scaffold dismantled so I can return it tomorrow. Ceiling fan hung 16ft up so I needed a scaffold to finish the soffit and hang the fan. Now the motor on the ceiling fan is only 11ft off the floor. @!#!@#$
 

Building code required me to install an exterior light fixture where the steps will go so i had to cut out half a brick, then fish wire and install a box. Exterior light done now as well.
Windows ordered last Monday and will be 5 weeks out.
Gas line run under the deck to feed a fire table.
I'll start skirting the deck tomorrow while waiting for the windows.

Very impressive.  It will stand as another monument to your wide ranging abilities, Kawboy, there to be enjoyed after the long days you’re going to be spending on the creation of your special 1300.  Now that will be an exciting project, and one I’m looking forward to!

LMAO. Good thing Pat doesn't read the posts on this site I've already told her that when our numbers come in on Lotto Max or 649, there's a brand new fully outfitted machine /welding /fabricating shop in the works and it will be attached to a brand new Net Zero built house. You think the 3 season room is worthy, wait to you see the Net Zero house we design build. You ain't seen nothin' yet.

I did load test the ceiling fan receptacle box and i rated it for 250 lbs. ( I hung off of it)
