Building code required me to install an exterior light fixture where the steps will go so i had to cut out half a brick, then fish wire and install a box. Exterior light done now as well.
Windows ordered last Monday and will be 5 weeks out.
Gas line run under the deck to feed a fire table.
I'll start skirting the deck tomorrow while waiting for the windows.

Hard to believe i started with this.

And this was at the beginning of June putting up the LVL beam (28ft long and 16ft in the air)

The question is: "When do you tell the wife" ......or do you wait for her to go shopping and get all the bike stuff into it before she gets back And that "ceiling light" ? LMAO. Good thing Pat doesn't read the posts on this site I've already told her that when our numbers come in on Lotto Max or 649, there's a brand new fully outfitted machine /welding /fabricating shop in the works and it will be attached to a brand new Net Zero built house. You think the 3 season room is worthy, wait to you see the Net Zero house we design build. You ain't seen nothin' yet.

I did load test the ceiling fan receptacle box and i rated it for 250 lbs. ( I hung off of it)
