Oh, as far as adjusting the clutch, those instructions are in the base manual for the KZ models. But, it's also really easy! Under the cover where the cable goes in, there is the lever that the cable attaches to. It should look pretty close to what you are used to on your Hondas. In the middle of that lever is a slotted screw and lock nut. Just loosen that nut, then loosen the screw to be sure there is no tension, then run that screw in until it just bottoms gently. Now, back it out 1/4 turn and lock down the nut. You're done! Standard cable slack adjustments are obvious and can be done at each end of the cable. On a bike that old (like mine!), those clutch cables can be really stiff if they haven't been replaced recently. I replaced mine immediately and it works much better. I did the rough slack adjustment at the engine leaving the lever adjustment just two turns out. So far it has needed another two turns out to take up the stretch slack.

trikebldr wrote: On the home page is a download for the Voyager supplement manual you need to do the job, but it's really simple. Just pay very close attention to the order the plates come out. There is one steel plate that is just slightly different than the rest of the steel plates. It is actually two plates rivetted together to add some shock absorption. The Voyager's clutch is not the same as the KZ's at all, so be careful to not use their manual. The Voyager clutch has one more steel plate and one more friction plate, and is also smaller diameter than the KZ's.

CORRECTION! I was wrong on my plate count. The KZ's have nine friction plates and the Voyagers have eight.
