On the home page is a download for the Voyager supplement manual you need to do the job, but it's really simple. Just pay very close attention to the order the plates come out. There is one steel plate that is just slightly different than the rest of the steel plates. It is actually two plates rivetted together to add some shock absorption. The Voyager's clutch is not the same as the KZ's at all, so be careful to not use their manual. The Voyager clutch has one more steel plate and one more friction plate, and is also smaller diameter than the KZ's.

Are you sure the clutch needs doing and not just the springs.
I recently had a slipping clutch on mine wich got worse the more i rode .
I replaced the springs and it's all good.

The cable enters the engine area on the left side, right next to the little window for checking oil level.

As for working on the clutch itself, download the free PDF file at the bottom right of the home page. That's the supplement manual specifically for the Voyager. On page 6-12 (chapter six, page 12) is the description for replacing it. it also shows the parts relationship, so study it carefully to get that double steel plate back in the correct order.

These clutches are really quite easy to work on and it should only take you less than 1/2 hour to replace it. Just be sure you have a new cover gasket before you start. I would also recommend getting a full set of new friction plates and a new set of springs. My '83 ran over 200,000 miles on it's original parts, so if you do it up right this time you will probably never need to do it again.
