Not sure just what the diameter the Muzzies fan is, but do you guys realize that the design is nothing more than what can be found in a simple, $12 milk-house heater? If someone found the right one, and let us all know which make and model it was, at most all it would take is maybe a slight enlargement of the mounting hole. There are so many milk-house heaters on Amazon that one of them HAS to have the right fan. When my time comes to deal with this that's where I will be looking. There are also many other sources of these stamped aluminum fans, like Grangers, Surplus Supply, Mcmasters, Harbor Freight, etc. Even if you have to bu the whole fan or heater unit to get the fan, it's still cheaper than Muzzies!

Can somebody tell me what makes Muzzies so magical? "Seems like some people go out of their way to make a business fail...". +1 on that, Rick!

Muzzy's located right here in Bend, OR. If a personal visit would help I'll give 'em one.

If I lived in the area I would join you, Bill! Maybe if we walked in with full leathers on, a couple of blacked-out teeth, a fake ankle monitor and some other bad-boy stuff on, they might get the hint! JK, of course!

Well I just don't give up on difficult items, I have one heck of a stubborn streak, we're into winter down under so I don't need the fan right now, I have the spare fan motor and frame ready to go, all I need is the fan, and I have all the time in the world (well till I drop dead), I really only started this thread to let others know how some companies treat customers when they order custom parts, gone are the days of good customer service and care, I have again "put on order" the fan, I never lost money in the original purchase as the funds were never taken from PayPal, so "no loss no foul" so far, lets see how it goes. Also I did see a plastic multi blade fan on e-bay with the motor and frame, postage to me in Australia always is a killer, no matter what I get. So anyway stay tuned for the continuing saga of "the case of the fan and pete" :-)

I'm hoping Muzzys can get your HT-H8 fan built in the next 2-3 weeks. Sorry for the long delay
