Frank, this will perhaps interest you. A few photos of me nephew and his involvement in rallies and racing. I actually didn't see the last two photos until today, so I just gather he continues his involvement on many levels.

The first is the BMW he drove in Monte Carlo rally.



This one him driving but no idea where and what is it.



Next two also my nephew working on one of the cars, and then talking to the driver. It's either in Poland or somewhere in Europe. I know him and his sponsors and whoever the driver is work on these cars from the start to the finish line. I guess very similar to what you do.

I think this photo looks better. I'm searching and can't find the photos from the road - some were quite dynamic!

Ok, I found something but will just post two. Already too much, haha, but I guess always a pleasure for people who like this stuff.

Just saw this post. Especially like the last one in the snow. I'd love to race in the snow one day.

Here are a couple of 'training' pics, along with one that shows why I'm currently busting ass on my road race car now....







This last one was taken by a track worker. He was actually taking a picture of the car in front of us when the LS gave up the ghost at about 155. Was still on fire when we got stopped. Had to use the on-board fire system to put it out.

I've never personally been involved in rallies, but looks like fun for sure. I got some taste of what to me was being a race car driver in winter in Toronto, where I lived for a few years. When streets were empty I was taking corners 'sideways' with counter-steering. I felt so sharp! haha Needless to say, there is no need to go fast to achieve that. Just good times having fun.
