I think this is a very cool interpretation...

I just wonder about dirt being flung against the radiator by the back tyre and whether there would be enough air flow to keep things cool... but the front now looks like there is an 8 cylinder!

Thoughts anyone?

With a couple scoops to direct the air flow this could actually work well I think, except for having your butt boiled, especially in hot summer. Would be good to have other two fans to take the hot air from under the seat! hahaha

I wonder how the filter would work. As a design and solution, it looks sleek.

The busy pipes in the front are not my aesthetic idea... They look to me kind of like bowels came out of a dead for a while marine mammal....

But overall, a cool project. The electrical system seems to be neatly sorted out using modern solutions.

I'm not a fan of the busy pipework at the front either & I do wonder how effective the cooling's going to be where that rad is positioned, I reckon that fan will be on most of the time. Other than that I think it looks pretty cool B)

I agree the front set of pipes could have been done a little better - not same colour as exhausts for instance, but I quite like the look of not having a radiator at the front.

Thinking about it I would agree with Stan that you butt would get roasted, but maybe not... I have emailed them to ask how this works, hopefully they will respond. I'll keep you updated if wand when they do.

Ok, My message to them:

Hi there, I love your z1300 scrambler and the idea of putting the radiator under the seat. Two questions: won't it get damaged from all the dirt and stones that get flung against it by the rear wheel, and is there enough air flow to keep everything cool? Cheers, Paul

Their response:

Hi Paul, too much problems !!!! Don’t do it, believe in me. Keep the radiator on original place.
Best regards
Steph

Thats a 'no' then! :)
