You make some good points in your previous posting.

Kawboy has done a convincing review of The Plant Paradox book - I, too, have now ordered one. But, as I said previously, the experts tell us something is good for us one day, then next month tell us it is bad. I am fully expecting that this book is going to tell me that a lot of what I thought - and probably you Stan, thought - was healthy is in fact unhealthy.

Absolute truth my man. That's why I always come to the 'listen to your own body' concept knocking at the door again. On all platforms and levels, there is only one truth to believers and non believers alike - you can't lie to yourself. Once asked which books I read, I told them none - I write my own. Didn't try to be arrogant, but the truth is there are many valid stories out there, true to their authors, but we have to write our own. Read, think, and live your own. Experimenting is crucial. Also, bodies change with times. There are a few timeless good ingredients, but we make even them our own by experimentation. I sound like a preacher, hahaha, which I don't mean to sound like. It's a process what I'm trying to say. And the edges are way more vague and flexible than rigid.

PS. That's pure Photoshop before the cellphone apps. I'm an old timer! haha Damn kids were already writing essays on computers when I had a guy teach me what's the left and right click for. In a foreign langue on top of that. I'm an odd ball.
