Hi .. me again .. another question .. sorry  , ok I have put on a steering damper on the bike, because of the sidecar, never had any tank slap, but it does help slow down the steering so any turning isn't as violent which might cause a my "sit down area" to tighten, so this was a bit of a make it up as I go job, I found a Volkswagen Beetle steering damper gave me the length I needed to do the job, a bit of modification and it works really well, but I have finally purchased a "proper" original Kawasaki damper (part No 46117-006) and at a really good price, my question is ... where does it mount ?, I had one on another 13 with a chair many, many years ago, but as i'm getting old and forgetful I can't quiet remember where and how it was mounted, I know it's on the steering head and it was around the bottom of the tree and back to the frame, but I just need a few more clues or a photo to jog the old brain cells, thanks in advance, cheers Pete.
